Rams’ Pocket Radio is a music project by Peter J McCauley. Taking influence from the industrial designer, Dieter Rams, the project aspires to longevity, simplicity & originality.

Rams’ Pocket Radio’s debut album, produced by David Kosten, was released in June 2013 following the release of 3 EPs and extensive touring throughout USA, Canada, Europe, UK & Ireland. The album was nominated for the HotPress awards’ ‘Best Debut’ and for the Northern Ireland Music Prize.

Rams has toured with artists such as Foy Vance,†Darwin Deez &†Snow Patrol and has opened for Marina & the Diamonds, The Lemonheads, Matchbox 20 and 30 Seconds to Mars to name a few.†He has received playlisting on Radio 1 &†Irish radio 2FM and has performed at a variety of festivals including Glastonbury, Electric Picnic, and Gampel, Rockin Park,†Nijmegen and at the†Ńras an UachtarŠin†for the President of Ireland.

Live, Rams’ Pocket Radio has taken many forms:†solo,†band and also with the Ulster Orchestra.
